Commercial

Along with our residential license James Lynn Builders holds Commercial General Contractors licenses in South Carolina (BD3 Classification).

Contract Type

James Lynn Builders prefers to work with a fixed contract price.  This gives the customer a good idea of what their final project cost will be and puts the risk of any potential price overruns onto the builder.  However, this contract method still leaves enough flexibility to make any changes or additions the owner may want.  With this type of contract, changes will be addressed by a change order that will either add to or deduct from the original contract price.  Change orders will be addressed in writing, so customers always know what their project’s up to date cost is.

 James Lynn Builders is based in Greenville, and we typically work anywhere within a 20 to 30 minute drive of downtown Greenville.
